Web pages are presently my favorite dish of the month(s) and this site is my little guinea pig project. Computer has been my main interested over the past 4-5 years covering desktop publishing, database, a little graphics (omittedly I will never be good at) and in and out of html with its 'relatives'.

Aerobics is my job while Mah Jong was my pasttime before the computer took over. Since I am into fitness, the hash fits in nicely. I have been a member of the Pattaya Hash since 1985.

Aerobics
 Water Aerobics was probably the next best choice after getting burned out as a scuba diving instructor.... no threats to joints nor body.

Aerobics in general should be part of our daily life.

Computer
 Check out the programs with download links I use mysef besides our regular big ones like MS Office, Photoshop, CoralDraw, Dreamweaver. Many of these 'little' useful computer tools are free or shareware, some are trial but worth the investment.

Mah Jong
 is a fascinating Chinese game to say the least.

With its complexity it is a challenge to many. The Mah Jong book with its 100 different playing hands is a real jewel for every Mah Jong player.
